These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Control Tower ("Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Control Tower is a software service that connects to your Intercom workspace and monitors support conversations for customer risk signals including churn intent, refund threats, and escalation patterns. The Service provides a dashboard, alerts, and reporting tools to help support teams prioritize high-risk conversations.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your data. We process your Intercom conversation data solely to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, update, or modify the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Control Tower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of customers, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your subscription lapses. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting data deletion. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
